Flughafen Linz GesmbH attaches great importance to ensuring the highest possible protection of your personal data throughout the application process.

We are committed to complying with all relevant data protection regulations. Your application will, of course, be treated with particular care and confidentiality. The data transmitted to us and the documents attached will only be used in the context of your application and will not be passed on to third parties.

Processing and forwarding of data to the human resources managers of the respective departments for the purpose of the recruitment process will only take place within Flughafen Linz GesmbH.

After submitting your application, your data will be transferred to a database and later deleted from the online environment for security reasons. In order to protect it from manipulation, loss or destruction, we use all technical and organisational possibilities available to us.

As part of the application process, we ensure that your data is automatically deleted from our system once the reason for which we received it no longer applies. In general, your data will be deleted from the applicant database no later than two years after submitting it.

You have the right to obtain information about your personal data stored by us. In addition, you have the right to have incorrect data deleted or corrected at any time. If you wish to make use of these rights, please inform us in writing or by e-mail (personal@linz-airport.com).

If you send us a paper application, it will be treated in the same way as an online application.
